Primestor has emailed a partial list of permanent tenants to South Gate Patch Latino.

The Azalea Regional Shopping Center, the $80 million retail project that will soon begin construction on Atlantic Boulevard and Firestone Boulevard, just recently had its groundbreaking ceremony.
Several businesses are already set to occupy spaces in the 370,000 square foot mall.

Primestor has sent South Gate Patch Latino a partial list of the businesses that are already confirmed.
“We can announce the following partial list of tenants,” wrote Vanessa Delgado of Primestor via email.
