Burglary Suspects Remain At Large

Two of the four burglary suspects have eluded capture, after residential heist at 10200 block of Hunt Avenue.

The South Gate Police Department reports that they are still on the look out for two of the four suspected burglars of a private home in 10200 block of Hunt Avenue that occured yesterday around 10:00 am.

“We are going to figure out who they are,” Sgt. Tim Williams of the South Gate Police Department. “Our detectives our following up”

The two detained suspects were apprehended in the Watts area of Los Angeles, after short vehicle pursuit by officers on the 105 Freeway. The suspects tried to escape in a burgundy colored vehicle, shortly after the Police arrived to the crime scene.

As a result, the South Gate Police Department is confident that it has enough evidence to find the two remaining suspects.

“We have physical evidence, the vehicle they left, and the {burglarized] house was processed by crime scene investigators,” said Sgt. Williams. “As soon as they get the results we will have more information.”
