Man Arrested in Connection with Lynwood Vehicle Collision

The suspect is believed to have been under the influence of drugs.

LYNWOOD (CNS) - A driver involved in a three-vehicle collision that shut down all westbound lanes of the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway in Lynwood was arrested today on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, authorities said.

The crash just west of the Long Beach (710) Freeway was reported around 3:20 a.m., said California Highway Patrol Officer Patrick Kimball. One driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, he said.

The crash closed all westbound lanes of the 105 freeway, he said. All lanes were reopened by 5:22 a.m., according to the CHP.
