Academy Gym and Health Spa

The Academy Gym and Health Spa is more commonly known throughout South Gate as the Women's Gym. This women-only facility offers a variety of strength and cardio equipment, from free weights to treadmills, stair climbers and more. What it's best-known for are its wide variety of classes, including step aerobics, Zumba and weight resistance classes. A steam room and swimming pool are also available on-site, as are locker rooms and showers. Personal training can be provided upon request and a variety of membership options are available.
