Perhaps the owners should really look at the illegal actions that their compliance staff are pulling…Read More on their employees, I think its amazing their safety and compliance team will let their trucks run across state lines without proper licenses and permits and their superiors dont even bat an eye at their neglegence. This is one of many errors this team has made. In turn the compliance team target specific employees that question their ability to keep up with the standards & compliance that the company needs to uphold. Those that question or give any constructive advice to this team have been wrongfully repremanded. Upper management gives this team way too much power and like everyone else they need to be monitored to make certain they are following legal procedures. Everyone answers to someone however this team doesn't seem to have too. It's sad to say but this company will more than likely find itself in court again due to unnecessary mistakes.
