Mini bikes racing up and down the bike path and in and out of Hollydale Park are nothing new. The…Read More cops know about it, but figure they have better things to do with their time than chase them. Maybe now that a number of people have been hurt, they will put in a little more effort, until their attention wanes again of course. Then the mini-bikes will return. It's the way that it always is.
