I use the most up to date technology out there to do my job, I text, email, message or simply call everyone I work with. I feel it is very important to be upto date with technology especially in Real Estate. It benefits buyers and sellers due to home status changing all the time, aswell as home prices. I could pull up any listing information in a matter of seconds as well as give information to buyers looking to buy your home. I use my smart phone my tablet as well as my efax to do my job.  If you have a question just give me a call and I could give you an answer within minutes.   My clients dont have to know about the technical products but aslong as they know I do , We have a huge advantage over many others. The use of paper is becoming extinct , We are all going GREEN.  Another thing,  I love to watch and play soccer. I play a couple times a week and love the competition.  I&#39;m currently working on getting my private pilot license,  Pretty busy so its going to take alittle longer than I thought.. I have my Series 7 license and 66 very proud of those,  but I have to say I love real estate a bit more than wallstreet. I was born and raised in Southern California. Bought my first home 7 years ago at age 22 and love helping people accomplish the same goal. Another fact about me is I have my Series 7 license and my 66. I was a financial advisor for a fortune 500 company however I quit that job to do what I actually have passion for. Took a lot of guts to do but I thank God that its been going well.  <br>You will see that I am very responsible and very good at responding quickly to your emails or texts, usually right away or within minutes and letting you know exactly whats going on.
